I have being trying to get through for days regarding my 2 claims I made over a year ago and nobody will answer the phone, if I knew flight right would take so long and have bad customer service a would've just claimed through the airline I flew with. I have an open case (see subject line). I keep getting emails from Flightright asking for information and I keep replying! This has happened 3 times and it seems Flightright are ignoring my email responses despite me receiving a confirmation email that my email has been received. Id appreciate it if flightright responded to my multiple emails!

Canceled flight and no refund

Hello,

I don't if I'm in the right place, if I'm not please could you give me some advice or instructions for solving my problem. I'll try to be short, my friend and i bought two tickets for Bali via Trinity travel agency Boston, and the tickets are Fly Dubai, we bought them little before global carantine due covid virus.

They cancelled the flight, everything was closed for tourists. We have all correspondence with agent, and travel agency, they didn't want to refund money for the tickets, or change names on them eather, this is taking too long, they were prolonging with every mail, and we feel frauded and victimized. We were ready for traveling when we bougt the tickets, fairly paid for them,and we are not guilty for them cancelling the fligt because world pandemic situation, how can they not willing to refund our money, that money ist not used and its not our fault by any means for not using them when we are supposed to.

Please give me some advice or lead me to the right adress. We are not going to give our hard earned money to someone for nothing.

Firmly no. At the time, I did not realise that I could claim directly with the Airline.

Now I know.

I had another late flight since, and within 6 weeks the refund was made. All done by me claiming directly.

Flight right confimed receipt of my documents and have informed me of nothing more. I have no idea I'd they are dealing with my case or not as the are ignoring my emails I signed power of attorney ro them to which I regret as I have no trust in them at all now nor do I know if I should be taking my case elsewhere

I cancelled 2 return flights from Manchester U.K. airport to Philadelphia USA as my step father had terminal cancer and he needed me to support him at home. I gave the flight company notice period however I did not receive a refund for my flight tickets.

Lack of communication

I have been emailing for weeks and i still had no reply. The only reply i had was from the airline and they have confirmed they sent funds in Jan and i have still not had any email or call to confirm. The company has got the money but not sent to me, they will not reply to emails and the phone numbers online are not connecting. To say that the service i have received is poor is an understatement. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I will also make sure that i post on as many platforms as i can to get the message out not to use this company.

Good Afternoon, Can someone please contact me as the airline have said they have paid the funds to you on the 12 Jan 23. I have emailed several times and also tried to call but the number is not in use.
